This season of my life finds me living in North Dakota with my husband, daughter, son, and Siberian Husky, Roxy.

Somewhere between the beautiful chaos of motherhood, an autoimmune diagnosis (Hashimoto's Disease), and entrepreneurship, I've learned to weave wellness into my daily life.

I used to believe excessive cardio workouts at expensive gyms were the only path to looking and feeling good about myself. That was, until I realized the substantial impact that nutrition could have on my health - my physical appearance, my body's systems, and my emotional stability.

Before, my muffin top and acne could tell you that my body was not getting what it needed. One day, it was like I was looking at someone else in the mirror, and I decided right then that I needed to change course. Tired of feeling ashamed of the way I was taking care of myself, I began making changes.

Hi, I'm Erin! -

Because change was hard in the beginning, I dove head first into self-study around the psychology and science of creating habits easily and effectively. And finally, I sought new perspectives regarding mindset, energy, and other non-traditional (some may say "woo-woo") philosophies.

My body changed. I had changed! And I just knew that if this sugar-addicted girl could do it, I could help others struggling like I had.

So I became a Certified Health Coach and now I guide women through sustainable habit coaching rooted in real life wellness. Not perfection - just daily rhythms that feel natural and true to you, meeting you where you are on your weight loss journey.

I founded Echowell Collective on the philosophy that every small shift you make here is meant to echo throughout your energy, choices, relationships, and the way you show up in the world.

Real change is possible for you and it starts right here. Let the echo of something good begin...
